A Tribute to Spain This concert will feature music by Oscar Navarro, Javier Pérez Garrido, José R. Pascual Vilaplana, and more.   The SCVSO will be joined by Karrin Meffort-Nelson, clarinet, a free-lance musician, from the Minnesota Opera Orchestra.
